Our business provides exceptional clinical care to clients in the community. This clinical care is tailored to each individual around the goals and expectations of care. Each client has the right to a person-centered approach and choice and control over the services provided. As a business, Keola works together as a close-knit team to provide exceptional care to all clients. Keola health prides itself in selecting staff with a unique blend of skill, attributes, and dedication.

Our mission is to provide exceptional authentic cares to all clients, providing them with the ability to gain health care access in the comfort of their own homes. Keola Healthcare & Wellbeing focuses on community nursing, Disability supports, and Allied Health care Supports. Keola is funded through NDIS, DVA and Privately funded clients. Keola Healthcare & Wellbeing works to ensure clients and patients have complete independence and the ability to live a long fulfilling life, through supports and other allied health specialties.

Keola Healthcare & Wellbeing ensures to provide a seamless and well-connected experience for all staff and clients. We provide this though a unique process that allows all choice and control. Our person-centered approach gives all clients individual and specialized cares that are specially tailored to their abilities, strengths, and goals.
