NDIS Team Leader

Could you be our next Team Leader?

Keola Health and Well-being are currently looking for a hard-working Team Leader that can grow and develop with us. Experience within a similar position desirable but not essential. Within your role as a Team Leader, you will be tasked to support participants and employees within the community. As a team leader you will be required to, but not limited to, assist to train new employees working within your team, complete progress, and client check ins, collaborate with participants and support coordinators, and assist employees through day-to-day tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)

  • Current First aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)

  • Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance

  • Current driver’s license

  • 3x Covid-19 vaccination

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a working with Children Check (Blue Card)

  • Work Authorization: Australian resident or working visa.

  • Hard worker

  • Open, honest communication

  • A high level of commitment to the core missions and values of Keola Health and Well-being

  • Available for immediate start

Part time or casual position available and hours can be negotiated (20-25 hours a week with potential for more)

Qualifications & experience
• Be a registered occupational therapist with AHPRA.
• Hold or be willing to gain professional indemnity insurance.
• Be able to work autonomously.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience working with children desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Occupational therapist.

You will also require:
• Drivers licence
• Current CPR/First aid certificate
• Combined NDIS Workers Screening Check/Working with Children Check
